Bottled waters are characterized by the US FDA according to their source, as shown in the table below. Only the highest level of spring water, such as Midas, is routinely inspected and guaranteed under the Food and Drug act, since 1906.

Per FDA regulation, the  bottled waters from Midas  are routinely tested by independent laboratories for organic and inorganic elements, radiological, and microbiological contaminants.

Midas water is consistently pure and free from every contaminant, without any artificial filtration that could impair its naturally occurring beneficial minerals, such as calcium, Magnesium, Silica, and alkalinity.
